IN-SPIRE™ for U.S. Federal Government Use
Working on a government contract? Let us help.
IN-SPIRE™ is an analytical tool developed with United States federal government funds and is available to U.S. federal government entities and organizations utilizing IN-SPIRE on a U.S. Federal Government Contract. There is a $500 service fee per copy that covers costs of distribution and administration. Training and support are available at an additional cost if needed.
To acquire the IN-SPIRE™ software, download and complete the following steps:
- Download the Government Use Acknowledgement (GUA) & Schedule A (188K pdf). Complete the Schedule A and fax a signed copy to PNNL at (509) 375-4487 for approval.
- Within five working days you will receive notification via e-mail if your Government Use Acknowledgement (GUA) is approved, along with a Customer ID (formerly called a GUA-ID) and the URL to the E-Commerce Web Site where you will enter your contact and credit card information.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail message with instructions for downloading the IN-SPIRE™ installer and installing the software. Save this e-mail as it will be needed for any future installations of IN-SPIRE™
For customer service, contact: infoviz@pnl.gov or visit the Discussion Boards.
Returning Government Customers

System Requirements
IN-SPIRE™ will run on a PC with Windows 2000 (SP3 or later) or Windows XP. There are no minimum requirements for RAM, clock speed or disk space, however the better the resources, the more quickly the analysis can be performed. Disk space requirements are driven by size and number of datasets you want to analyze. Roughly two or three times as much disk space as the total size of the datasets you plan to analyze is needed. Currently, the maximum dataset size is about 200,000 documents at a time.
